Actually, President Noy Noy Aquino has done something good to our country. He was the brain of an executive order number 43 which aims to eliminate corruptions happened in the government offices. This clusters creates different kinds of programs like freedom of information, peoples budget, pantawid ng pamilyang pilipino program, k to 12 basic education, sin taxes a kind of tax which was added to cigarettes and alcohol and many more.
