This clusters creates different kinds of programs like freedom of information, peoples budget, pantawid ng pamilyang pilipino program, k to 12 basic education, sin taxes a kind of tax which was added to cigarettes and alcohol and many more.

The low-pressure area is caused by the heat of the sun. This produces convection currents which swirl the mass of winds as the circulation between rising hot air and sinking cold air continues.
